SERAMBINEWS.COM JAKARTA - The US motorcycle manufacturer Harley Davidson (HD) has produced a special motorcycle for films.The iconic motorcycle has become legendary, after the 1951 HD Panhead with the United States flag was launched.The popularity of the ''Captain America'' motorcycle began after being used in the 1969 film Easy Rider, starring Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper.From this film, Americans were inspired to produce it themselves, because it was not sold to the public.In fact, it's so popular, it's been countless, how many are inspired to make their own.Starting from using another HD base or indeed building an exact replica of the original.Quoting Riders.drivemag.com, four units of this motorbike were made for filming purposes.However, the whereabouts of the three units are not clear anymore, some say they were stolen before the film was shown in theaters.This motorbike is not available at the dealer but is custom made.But who the builder is is still a question mark.
